Shipping & Delivery Policy
We use third-party courier partners for shipping. Depending on location and situation, delivery time is between 3 working days to a maximum of 10 working days.

- Our store is based in India; therefore, orders shipped within India will not incur customs or import duties.

Damages
- If you received damaged products, please email the pictures of the products to info@heliosdermocare.com. The products will be called back and returned to the manufacturer, which the manufacturer will eventually replace.
- This process may take up to 30 days to complete.
